About our Fabrics
All of our swimsuits are proudly made in the USA by an experienced team of professional seamstresses who take pride in every stitch. All suits are crafted using a superior Italian tricot fabric with an 80%Nylon/20% Lycra blend. Our 4-way stretch tricot allows for the fabric to move with you in every direction. Butt'r Up™ Swimwear is made to last through several seasons with top of the line hardware, elastic and lining, and following these fabric care guidelines:

CAN I MACHINE-WASH MY SWIMWEAR?
Due to the extraordinarily high quality of the fabrics used to create your new swimsuit, machine-washing is not recommended. Care for your new suit by hand washing in the sink with a mild detergent like Ivory and lay flat to dry (out of direct sunlight).

CAN I USE BLEACH OR LAUNDRY DETERGENT ON MY SUIT?
Do not use regular detergents (it will dry out the fabric). Do not use bleach or Woolite. Hand wash in the sink with mild detergent like Ivory and lay flat to dry (out of direct sunlight).

HOW CAN I PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY SWIMWEAR?
Ensure the longest life of your swimwear by avoiding direct contact with suntan products--especially those with mineral oil. Also remember to rinse off when coming out of the pool or off the beach.

HOW DO I HAND WASH MY BUTT'R UP SWIMWEAR?
Add one capful of mild cleanser to a small amount of cool water. Any clean sink will do. Immerse garment and gently massage. Do not rinse. Never ring out your suit! (it destroys shape and elasticity). Squeeze or blot to remove excess moisture. Lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight.

CAN I WEAR MY NEW SWIMSUIT IN THE JACUZZI?
All Butt'r Up™ Swimwear suits may be worn in the jacuzzi except for suits containing metallic accents and hardware. However, because of the high chlorine content and excessive heat of jacuzzis, it can promote fading so it is not recommended.
