Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you find it necessary to return an item for a refund, please fill out the back of your invoice stating the reason for your return and send your package to us via insured/prepaid US mail or UPS within 30 days of your invoice date. Sale and/or discounted items are exchangeable, not refundable and if returned within 30 days without requesting an exchange, we will issue a merchandise credit, which can be used at a later date. We do not accept freight collect packages or returns past 30 days of your invoice date. All tags must be attached to the garment in original form. Due to health regulations we cannot take back worn or soiled swimwear. If we receive a soiled garment, or a return after 30 days we will ship it back and charge your account $10.00 or refuse it.
Merchandise credits only are issued if sale or discounted items are returned, or if your order was paid with a money order, Paypal, check, expired CC or merchandise credit. Returns totaling $175.00 and over and all orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to post.
Items purchased on sale, discounted in any way, custom fees, shipping fees and custom items are nonrefundable. Any questions please email us at email@example.com
Any extra fees incurred by you from a credit card dispute, shipping address change, duties invoice, etc. will be charged to your account.
To exchange an item, send back the return items within 30 days, with hangtags attached, stating what you would like to receive in exchange to the address on the back of your invoice. To expedite your exchange and avoid delays you can call ahead with your exchange order and we will have it processed and ready to ship when your return comes back to us. Please remit $5.95 to cover the postage and handling charges to reship your exchange within the Continental US. International exchange orders must remit $20.00. Exchanges going to Canada please remit $10.00.

International Orders: Please be sure the product you intend to purchase fits your needs as closely as possible, as returns are acceptable in limited circumstances. Due to the range of suppliers Butt'r Up™ utilizes and that no inventory is held in-house, exchanges will not be allowed except in the case of Butt'r Up™ Designs' trademarked bathing suits.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Intimate goods are not eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
