Shipping Info

SHIPPING: All Butt'r Up orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Orders within the Continental US are shipped via FEDEx or USPS delivery, resulting in most orders arriving within 7-10 business days after being placed. If your order needs to be delivered by a certain date you may want to upgrade to 2nd day or overnight delivery. APO/FPO and PO Box orders are shipped via Priority Mail. All orders require a secure address and upgraded orders require a recipient’s signature. California residents are required to pay 7.75% sales tax.

If an incorrect address is given or a customer requests to reroute a package, UPS may charge a $10.00 address correction fee. The customer will be responsible for this expense.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Phone or order online by 11:00am PST and ask for Overnight Delivery. Overnight orders will be delivered Monday thru Friday by 5:00 PM the following business day (excluding holidays) to most areas for an additional $18.95 for addresses in the US. Available for in-stock merchandise only. This service is not available for international orders. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $30.00. Overnight delivery may not be available to all areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders add $32.00 to regular shipping charges. RECIPIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES. IF A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IS NEEDED, ADD AN ADDITIONAL $10.00. (We do not ship to Nigeria, Hungary, France, Poland or Lebanon.)

Customs charges and/or local taxes may apply in your country. As these are determined by your specific country, these are not included in the shipping costs. * Butt'r Up is not responsible for these in any way, and they will be at your expense. For further information please contact your local customs office and/or authorities in your country.

*Please note that if packages are refused or duties are not paid, the cost of having it returned is not covered by us and will be deducted from your refund. No original shipping costs are refundable.

TRACKING

Tracking information for USPS international orders will not be updated until after the package leaves the states.

CANCELLED ORDERS: Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

LOST SHIPMENTS: In order to receive credit for a lost shipment we must be notified that your order has not been received within 30 days of placing it.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES (NON-REFUNDABLE): These costs cover order processing, hand packaging, shipping materials and postage to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION: Occasionally we will offer a discount code to receive free shipping. Free Shipping only applies to ground orders within the Continental US. If items are returned or cancelled the original shipping charges will be deducted from your return credit. Free Shipping promotional codes can not be combined with other offers, on exchanges or if paying with a merchandise credit.

Some of Butt'r Up Designs' products come from international destinations and your shipment may come separately, at different times, and can take extra time when delivering these products to you. For items coming from international destinations:

From International Suppliers: Regular estimated delivery time is 12-20 days. You will receive your order in 25-56 days from the date it is placed. Some of the products you buy may arrive before others because of different suppliers from Asia and Europe.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Your order will begin preparation immediately after it is verified. Tracking numbers are not usually given from international suppliers

For international suppliers, it normally takes 7-10 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks for items marked "Priority Dispatching" to be ready for shipment.
